Services
ElevatorThe lifts are located both at the beginning and at the end of the visit.
AccessibilityAccess ramp in via della Ninna. If, for particular reasons, there is a need for an alternative entrance, the reception staff are available to provide the relevant information.
Cloakroom Free. Umbrellas, cumbersome bags and backpacks must be left. The Cloakroom is immediately after the entrances under the Eastern colonnade of the courtyard.
Cloackroom group and bulky itemsThe Cloakroom for groups and bulky items is near the Ticket Office under the Western colonnade of the courtyard (the side closer to Ponte Vecchio).
WCGround floor: toilets located in the basement, in front of the cloakroom. Second floor: toilets are on the mezzanine underneath the cafeteria. First floor: toilet inside the temporary exhibition area. All the toilets are accesible to visitors with disabilities. On the second floor, nearby room A40, is a toilet accessible only to visitors with disabilities. Please ask the staff for help.
Baby pit-stopDedicated room for breastfeeding, change and relax, open unitl 6pm, is near the cafeteria. Changing tables are located also in the main toilets in the basement at the entrance and in the toilets on Lanzi staircase's mezzanine.
Info deskLocated on the left side of the Piazzale degli Uffizi, close to Piazza della Signoria.
AudioguidesAt the entrance. Available in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Polish, Russian and Japanese. Price: 6.00 €. The delivery service is available until 5pm.
CafeteriaLocated on the second floor; terrace with panoramic view.
BookshopBookshop at the entrance with multilingual guidebooks. Shopping area at the exit on the groundfloor with books, Gallery-inspired gadgets and bookshop specialized in art history books.
