Dans ce m\u00eame lieu, en 1855, avait \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 le Mus\u00e9e \u00e9gyptien. Les espaces du c\u00e9nacle se r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e8rent rapidement insuffisants pour accueillir les collections et, en 1880, le mus\u00e9e fut transf\u00e9r\u00e9 dans son si\u00e8ge actuel au <b>Palazzo della Crocetta<\/b>.\n\nAujourd\u2019hui, le Mus\u00e9e arch\u00e9ologique national de Florence comprend la Section \u00e9trusque, la Section romaine, la Section grecque, la Section \u00e9gyptienne \u2014 \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e Mus\u00e9e \u00e9gyptien (la deuxi\u00e8me collection d\u2019Italie apr\u00e8s celle de Turin) \u2014 la Section numismatique, ainsi que d\u2019autres d\u00e9partements.\n\nParmi les vestiges \u00e9trusques les plus importants figure la <b>Chim\u00e8re<\/b>, une statue votive en bronze trouv\u00e9e \u00e0 Arezzo en 1533, repr\u00e9sentant un animal compos\u00e9 d\u2019un lion, d\u2019une ch\u00e8vre et d\u2019un serpent.
