Purposes and legal bases of the processing, types of data processed<\/h3>\n\n<p>The data collected are processed using manual and automated tools for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>registration on the Orbital Cultura website, necessary to use the services offered, including any assistance requests and the handling of complaints;<\/li>\n  <li>administrative and accounting purposes;<\/li>\n  <li>fulfilling legal or regulatory obligations (for example, in the tax field).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>The legal basis for the processing lies in the fulfilment of the legal obligations to which Orbital Cultura is subject, and in the necessity to execute the contractual and\/or pre-contractual relationship.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The data collected may also be processed by Orbital Cultura for:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>sending communications (newsletters) aimed at promoting our activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>This activity may only be carried out after subscribing to the \u201cNewsletter\u201d service.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The achievement of the purposes described above involves the processing of the following personal data:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>identification data (name, surname, date of birth, nationality, gender, tax code, VAT number);<\/li>\n  <li>contact data (email, telephone number, address).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>3.
