The ordinary entrance, located in the courtyard near the cafeteria, instead involves climbing a winding incline (also known as a flat staircase) with 44 shallow steps and no handrail, which connects to a short paved slope leading to the Amphitheatre.\nTreasury of the Grand Dukes Museum: located on the left side of the courtyard. The entrance door is also the exit of the Museum and the threshold has a maximum height of 3 centimetres. The museum is set up on two floors connected by a staircase, which is why persons with reduced mobility can only access the ground floor.\nFrom the courtyard, you can take the stairs or lifts to access the Palatine Gallery (first floor), the Gallery of Modern Art and the Museum of Costume and Fashion (second floor).
