22,00

Reproduction of the bust of Donatello.
Craft artefact produced in Tuscany in white resin and marble powder, with wooden base.

Born in Florence in 1386, he was a sculptor, painter and an architect. Together with Brunelleschi and Masaccio, he is considered one of the initiators of the Renaissance in the figurative arts. Like many artists of the period, he trained as a goldsmith. Through his sculptures, he reinterpreted the aesthetic canons of the classical era and abandoned the style typical of the Late Gothic period. He died in Florence in 1466.
